Types of Groups:

  • Personalized Private Group (Minimum of 3 friends)

  • Currently available Public Group training

  • Corporate Group training

Types of Classes provided:

  • Pilates (beginner, intermediate, advanced, rehabilitative, strength etc)

  • Bootcamp/ Circuit/ HIIT/ Tabata (you name it!)

  • Mobility training

  • Foam rolling (equipment not provided)
